• His real name isn't actually Pigeon. He doesn't remember his real name, and he's been called Pigeon (and various other names) for so long that it's just what he goes by.
• He has (canonically) two friends: Balthazar, an angel under cover as a man who was his first owner and one of his closest and only friends who practically raised him and then faked his own death and disappeared; and Gabriel, who's his elder brother separated from him at a very young age (they rarely see one another).
• Pigeon has no real gender and was assigned a "male" title by the shelter he was born in. His particular breed/species of angel, regardless of their physical attributes, possesses a specific fertile gene enabling them to lay eggs. He's also classified as a "working breed" of angels; his wings are much larger and muscular than what are normally referred to as "toy breeds", whose wings are thinner and typically brightly colored and meant for showing off rather than actual flight. Though he's a more sturdy breed of angel, he's still relatively small, standing at only 5'6" (~1.7m).
• Pigeon is outwardly aggressive. He's been through a lot and it takes a very long time for him to trust anyone. In the meantime, no one should ever touch him in any way. He's prone to react very violently.
• He's been used in a lot of angel fights; semi-legal (dependent upon the state) fights run by humans, which pit angels against one another in a ring with no weapons and have them fight to the death. This is a primary cause in his aggression. His size doesn't hold him back when it comes to fighting, though; he's infamous around the rings, and has yet to lose a fight (as is shown by his being alive).
• Pigeon has, canonically, never seen a duck. I know his ref and all has a lot of cute ducks on it but that was more for when I had him being used as a mascot (I like ducks). I'm striving to use him more as a character now as I always have loved his universe/story, so accurately, he's probably not seen much cute and fuzzy animals.
• Despite the lack of surviving eggs in his life, Pigeon has a very strong maternal instinct. He gets very protective over young fledglings or eggs, and when it comes to protecting them will put his own life on the line without hesitation.
• Pigeon rarely wears clothes.
